Established in Meiji 6 (1873),Tekkinro,
which was named by Tesshu Yamaoka,
has been selected as one of the 36 most
sophisticated Japanese banquet cuisine.
The owner himself is an experienced chef, who goes to the fish market
early in the morning and strictly selects the freshest and finest fish to cook.
His wife has been running Tekkinro for a long time with the strong
belief that the restaurant is not theirs but the customers'.
