In connection with the Hiratsuka Tanabata Festival,
we decided to create an image of bamboo
for this restaurant. The owner himself cut down
some bamboo trees and did some craft work.
He also made black-and-white Indian ink
paintings to add a unique flavor to the interior.
He said "I am trying hard to arrange the whole
environment of the restaurantso that it will fully
satisfy our guests." His goal is to impress guests
with delicious cuisine that represents
the flavor of each of the four seasons in Japan.
